Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking updates once your order is shipped. - Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We accept returns on unused items within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in original condition with packaging intact. Used items are only eligible for return if there’s a defect covered under warranty. - How do I initiate a return?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

- Can I use the fan while it’s charging?
Yes. FLOW is designed to operate seamlessly while plugged in or running on battery. - How long does the fan run on a full charge?
Up to 17 hours wirelessly on lower speed settings. On higher settings, expect 4–8 hours depending on airflow intensity and oscillation use. - How do I turn on the oscillation feature?
FLOW offers 150° oscillation. You can enable it either by pressing the swing button on the remote or by long-pressing the power button on the fan's control panel. - Is the fan really quiet? Can I sleep with it on?
Yes. FLOW uses a BLDC motor that operates under 39 decibels—quiet enough for sleep, focused work, or video calls. - What’s the magnetic remote, and where do I keep it?
FLOW’s remote is compact and features a magnetic back. It can be attached to the fan, any magnetic surface, or simply kept on your desk. - How do I clean the fan?
Turn off and unplug the fan before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using solvents or letting moisture enter the grill. - Can I adjust the fan height or angle?
You can manually tilt the fan head up or down to change the airflow direction, but the height is fixed by design for compactness. - Is it safe to use in bedrooms or around kids?
Yes. FLOW has no exposed blades and a wide, anti-slip base. Just avoid placing it on uneven surfaces or near water. - How do I know when the battery is low?
There is no battery indicator light. However, a noticeable drop in fan speed is a sign that the battery needs recharging. - What kind of charger does it use?
FLOW charges via a USB-C cable (included). Use any 10W or higher USB adapter for best results. - Does the fan come assembled?
No. The fan comes in two parts—the head and the base. You'll need to attach the head to the base manually. It's a simple, tool-free process. - Can I mount or wall-fix the fan?
FLOW is a tabletop fan and is not designed to be wall-mounted. - Do I need to press the button on the fan before using the remote?
Yes. After the fan has been powered off, you must first press the power button on the fan itself to activate it. This is a safety feature that ensures the fan doesn't start unintentionally if there's a power surge or if the remote is accidentally pressed. - What is the RPM (rotations per minute) of the fan?

Yes. All Housegoods products come with a 1-year limited warranty, with an optional 3-month extension if you register your product. - How do I register for the warranty extension?

Manufacturing defects or functional issues under normal usage. Accidental drops, water damage, or misuse are not covered. - How do I claim a warranty replacement or repair?
